Room categories include Standard (Queen bed), Superior (King bed), Deluxe King, Deluxe Twin (2 single beds), Grand Deluxe (with jacuzzi option), and Family Suite (1 King + 1 Single or 2 King beds). All rooms feature 40-inch flat-screen HDTVs with satellite channels, air conditioning, in-room safes, minibars, coffee/tea makers, and private bathrooms with hot/cold showers. Connecting rooms are available upon request.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurants but is located within Warisan Square Mall, which houses multiple dining establishments. Note: Consumption of durian, jackfruit, salted fish, and shrimp paste is prohibited in hotel rooms due to strong odors.
